Mural Returns:

Mural Deposit: 

Unfortunately mural deposits cannot be returned. I use these funds to pay for my design time and materials. Since time is thus far non-refundable, deposits are as well. However: I really want my clients to be happy and satisfied clients, so I will do anything I can to make sure your deposit is well spent and you are delighted with your mural.

Mural Return:

I have stipulations in my contract to protect both of us in the event that a client would like to bow out of the process or does not like the final product. These are evaluated on a case by case basis, but once again, I will do everything in my power to make sure your mural is exactly what you want.

Rude Lady Returns:

If you don't like it: 

I really want you to like your Rude Lady, so returns or exchanges are part of that. If something isn't working out for you, let me know and we will fix it.

I am a small business so I don't have an automated return system. Instead, you can reach out and contact me here. I will be happy to organize shipping and refunds. Exchanges get free shipping, returns pay their own shipping.

Full refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, store credit thereafter. 

If it arrives damaged:

Fuck! That sucks and I want to fix it. Contact me and let me know so I can send you a new one, free of charge.

Fine Art Returns:

If you don't like it:

I really want you to be thrilled with your new work. If you are not thrilled then I want to fix it. You can either be refunded the cost or exchange the work for something else. Exchanges get free shipping, returns pay their own shipping.

If it arrives damaged

In the case of damage while shipping I will do whatever I can to make the situation right, keeping in mind that most of these pieces are one of a kind, so a substitution or refund will be offered in lieu of replacement.
