Yes! Artwork can be returned!
I really want you to be thrilled with your new work. If you are not thrilled then I want to fix it. You can either be refunded the cost or exchange the work for something else. In the case of damage while shipping I will do whatever I can to make the situation right, keeping in mind that most of these pieces are one of a kind, so a substitution or refund will be offered in lieu of replacement.
Full refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, store credit thereafter.
This is a small business so I do not have an automated return system. Instead just reach out to me via the contact form and I will organize shipping and refunds. In the event that you need to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible.
